call from FXO and CDR

Dear all , 

I have cucm Ver 10 and GW 3925 connect with  12  FXO (analog Line ) in Hotel Coustome , when I try call international call   and he dese not answer then I desconnect the call I nots the CDR and biling system  Give me Durathion Time around 10 to 20 Sec for this call , even I tested in local call it's give me same result .

this senario in our envariment make big troubel becouse the guest try make internathional call and if the aother end not answer , when the guest make check out the biling system generat invoice for him becouse he used  international call but actually the call not stablich .

and this configurathion in Vice Ports 

voice-port 0/1/0
supervisory disconnect dualtone mid-call
cptone KW
timeouts call-disconnect 5
timeouts wait-release 5
timing hookflash-out 50
timing guard-out 1000
caller-id enable
!

Please advaice

Hi,

When an FXO port goes off hook, after the digits are dialed, the connection state will enter a connected' state. That's why you see this behavior. Please check the following post for more details
