Hi all,

I have setup UC500 series successfully and have connected 4 FXO lines. Cals from outside to inside and vice versa are working perfectly. There is one issue, when the call comes from outside, its shows From Anonymous. How can i set it up so that actual calling number shows up

Kindly guide me

Hi.

Sep 19 10:21:35.710: [0/1/3] get_fxo_caller_id:Caller ID receive failed.  parseCallerIDString:no data.

*Sep 19 10:21:35.710: [0/1/3] get_local_station_id calling num= calling name= calling time=09/19 10:21

As you can see in the log, your FXO it's not receiving the caller id information

Under voice-port configuration, try to add

caller-id enable

caller-id alerting ring 2

Otherwise you have to contact your provider

HTH

Regards

Carlo
