call fwd question

Calls that ring an extionsion should flow over to the recption line if there is no answer or busy etc...

So I have the boxes unchecked and the reception DN in there with the correct css.

When a call is placed to that extension it is still going to the users Vm and not fwding over to the destination DN.

What am I missing?

Check that you don't have a Voice Mail Profile configured for that DN that is being forwarded.

If the call is forwarded to reception, which then hits Unity, it will use the VM profile from the original called number.

hello!

To add to that, lets say you are forwarding the call from extension 7000 to the receptionist DN, the forwarding CSS of extension 7000 should contain the partition of receptionist DN.

The voicemail checkbow should be unchecked as well...
