Hi Guys,
I am facing a problem when I try to call a particular toll free number from my ip phone, When I dial this number as it is a toll free free number as I said earlier there will be a recorded message which starts, it says 1 for english and 2 for some other language of my desire, now when I press 1 the call gets disconnected automatically without my interference and by chance if I dont select any option the call still comtinues and if I select option 2 the call still continues with out any problems. The calls basically go to the my CCM then to the gateway and then through the pstn line which is connected to the gateway, I also tried connecting this line directly to a analog phone where I don't face any issues but when I try it through the Ip phone it gets disconnected, any suggestions regarding the problem would be very helpful, I am facing issue only with this number.
