Hi All...What I'm trying to do is get a report of the following, the number of incoming and outgoing calls from a group of extensions, do I use the CDR to accomplish this task? I've ran a few different reports using it, but none like what I'm needing now. Looking for any suggestions to get this accomplished...Thanks

Unless you want to work manually with complicated SQL queries, you will need a external billing application to do that. There are various on the market, you can search for more information.

Thanks Paolo...I was hoping that wouldn't be the case, I'll do some researching and see what application I can find.
