I have two cisco ip phone (model 7965) with same number. if we are using the first phone, the second phone not able to view the placed and received calls. please assist

1. Both phones show missed calls, voicemails, and if the line is being used.
2. It appears that placed and received calls are stored on the phone and are not viewable from the other phone.
3. I placed and received calls on both phones. These calls show up on the phone that the call was placed from or the phone that answered the call

Call logs are stored locally on each phone. Since its a shared line, thats why you are able to see the missed calls on both phones as both the phones will ring for incoming calls. I think this is a configurable option to log missed calls - you can turn it on or off for shared line.

But apart from that this working as per normal.

is there any way to get the same call logs in both phones? i mean placed and received calls

Hi Mate, No I dont think so as they are stored in the local cache instead of being stored anywhere on CUCM.
