Is there a way in Call Manager 11.5, to, upon transferring a call, (to a cell or other phone), to some how notify or have an alternate called id to alert the user that this call is a priority and to pick up ?

There is no way to provide any notification that a call is urgent, yes, you could modify the ANI you send, based on you dialing a certain way so it's presented to the called party.
You'd need to validate your telco will accept you sending such ANI and will not overwrite it for external calls.

Thank you for the response.
Changing this would be a global setting correct ? I could not decide to send a different ID based on who or when the call is transferred to correct ?
Would there be a way to do this with jabber or video call ? Just looking for a unique identifier
