Not as far as I can remember, I suggest you try to find some documentation on BARS that might be on the internet to doublecheck all the steps, as it has been a very long time since I've done that procedure.

Assuming you have all the media to do so, and an MCS which supports CUCM, you'd need to reinstall your server with the same release you're running (pretty much the same reqs as any current release for a DRS restore) and then do a BARS restore of a backup from the server.

You mean I will use the media which I have on the cucm server then while performing installation I should select the server as a publisher and after completing the installation I will have to do a restore using the BARS utility ?

Yes, you need to have the media for the custom Windows CUCM uses, as well as the media for the CUCM release you have, a BARS backup, and an MCS which supports your CUCM version.

If i dont have the BARS backups can I replicate the data from the subscriber ?

No, that capability was not added until recent releases. On your version, that means making a copy of everything by hand, and then basically rebuild your cluster.
