I have a Call Manager 4.1 Server Pub and Sub. Its now in a lab environment with the old production configuration in it. Is it possible to wipe the CCM clean and start over? Or do you have to re-install the Application ? I want to delete all the records that are currently configured. Any suggestions or good links would be appreciated.

Hi Andy,
To truly start over with no remnant data you would be well served to just do a clean install over top of the existing build :)

A uninstall of the CM application from Control panel is not possible. So you will have to wipe it out clean. For this you will need the hardware detection discs or OS disks that came with the Callmanager cd kit.
