Call Manager 4.3(2) with 7916-24 side cars

I have a customer that is using CCM 4.3(2) and has added 2 7916 side cars onto a 7965 phone.   The phone device page will allow me to add the 7916 side cars as 24 button devices.   The problem is that I cannot add a phone button template that will allow me to add more than 30 lines.   I need to be able to configure this phone with more lines than that.   Is there something I'm overlooking or is this a limitation of CCM 4.3?

It looks like you are running into bug CSCsy89158.(CUCM 4.3 can not use 7915 7916 42-buttons; limited to 36 ).

Thanks for the reply.  I cannot view the bug notes.   Is this internal only?   If so, can you post the details, workaround

and "fixed in" versions?

My Apologies.

I was going through a couple of cases, it looks like CCM 4.3.2 sr1b es20 has the fix to it. You do not need to upgrade the phone firmware.

Can you help me understand how upgrading phone firmware is going to give me the option to add more than 34 buttons to a phone template in CCM?
