I have Call Manager 6.14.2190-3 with 2 phones and a shared line same partition.
When a call is answered it does not busy out the 2nd phone.
A second call can still come in.
I think this has changed when I upgraded from 6.1 flat.
Would like to make these phones look like an 1A2 key phone.
When someone is on the line it is busy for the other phone.
Is there an option to set this back?

In CUCM admin > DN configuration, set the busy triggger for the DN to 1.

Yes I trusted the customer had all phones at 2 and 1.
He missed one so I am waiting for an update.
