Call Manager 7.X call forward

I have UCM 7.X and am using the line/device approach (or is it device/line) . The device is wide open and the line is what is restricting the calls. I have seven sites, each has its own device call search space and they all use the same CSS for the directory number. I tryed using the same CSS for the call forward options as the directory number but this was not successful. Is there a there a reason this did not work?

Which CSS did you assign for the CFwdAll CSS? If you added the line CSS this will not work as it only contains blocked patterns. You would need to specify a CSS that can route which is typically the device CSS.

You can assign two CSSes here to replicate your device/line model; or, just choose "Use activating device/line CSS" and it will apply the same class of service to CFwdAll as the user normally has.
