Call Manager assistance

I need to setup 5 phones which should ring at same time

if first phone is busy then it should go to second, followed by third, forth and fifth then to voice mail

Let me know if it can be done

Well, you're contradicting yourself, if they need to ring at the SAME TIME, then they're not going to ring in a certain order...

In any case, simply configure a line group, choose the algorithm you actually want, then a hunt list, and a hunt pilot, and that's it.
