Call conferencing issue

Hello,

I need your advise. I have problem with conferencing for any user using Cisco Ip phone and connecting over VPN. So whenever anybody from the office tried to conference with these remote users , the call dropped for these remote users.

Aristide

Most of the conference issues are because of incorrect region and device pool settings. Please ensure that the region settings between conference bridge and all participants must allow 64 Kpbs bandwidth (G711) if you're using SW CFB else you must be having IOS with relevant dspfarm configured in it.
