Hi,
Call Manager can connect the Jabber application to the Cisco Instant Messaging and Presence Server. AD authenticated users having issues authenticating. Kindly advice.

What is the error message and have your users been assigned to a CUPS server if you look at the user assignment on your presence server(s)
