Hi,
DRS backup is one time config to schedule jobs to be backed up to SFTP server using SFTP username/password. Not sure why OS Admin to be shared.
If you need a second OS admin account, you can create it from CLI using the command
set account name test (set the privi to 1 and enter the password).
This will allow you to go to GUI OS Admin

I don't think so as you need to use OS admin credentials. But I am slightly confused about your dilemma as you configure backups from CUCM to SFTP, not the other way around, so you as CUCM administrator should not be providing these credentials to anyone.

You can create another OS user, not sure if he could use the GUI, but he could for sure do it via CLI

Thank You Mohammed. I don't want to give the same OS Admin user and password. But I think I going to create another with CLI.
