Call Manager Hold Music is it Possible?

Hello,

I am wanting to know if Hold Music can be used with Call Manager? If so, does it have to be a .mp3 that loops? Can XM Satellite Radio or Sirius Satellite Radio be used for the Hold Music?  My last question, can a loop of the company's Information and Products play while on hold?

You can use an external source, but you need to use an ISR to play the MOH as multicast
