We just deployed a new BE6K phone system running 8.6.2. We have a bunch of Polycom IP 650 phones that we were able register as a third party device. However, we are having a problem getting the windows jabber client to control the Polycom phones. Is there a way to set up the phone in call manager so that it can be controlled by the Polycom IP 650?
