Hi guys,
I have the following problem on a CM (Version: 8.6.2.20000-2).
I configured a remote destination for a user,
when an external call comes in, the phone and RD ring, RD picks up the call > RD hangs up > Phone remains busy!
The Problem is that the phone remains busy after RD disconnects the call.
Voice GW is H323.
Media Resource Group does not contain an Annunciator for the H323 GW.
Do you have any ideas? Why the Disconnect isn't sent back?
Thanks.

Which phones remains busy? The IP Phone?
Is so, that is the way it is designed to work so that you can retrieve the call from IP phone, the default timer is 10 seconds.
To transition from remote destination to IP phone you hang up the remote destination and resume the call from IP phone within this timer.

Hi Chris,
thanks for the reply.
yes, the IP Phone remains busy after the RD hangs up. So the call was completed, there's no need to transfer the call to the IP Phone.
shouldn't the IP Pohne get back in normal state? ..the problem is that it stays busy the whole day..
Any ideas?
Thanks.

What kind of trunks are you using for the inbound call and then outbound call to mobile number? Is PRI or SIP trunk?
Nothing else is supported, if PRI can you provide "debug isdn q931" for both calls?
