my users in NewYork office are complaining that they can not receive any external calls. the person on other end just hear busy signal. Internal calls work find

We could really do with a lot more information.

What connectivity have you to the PSTN. Do you use ISDN? if are the circuits up?

 

Is this a new installation? has it working in the past

Hi m.batts,

 

What info do you need from PSTN 

At the very least, you need to mention what the exact call flow is, if this is CUCM/CME, what version you're using, if this is a SIP trunk, or TDM, if TDM, what you use, etc.

Otherwise, I suggest you reach TAC so someone can log into your system and find that information.
