Call on a Shared line not ringing on phones in one site

Hi Everyone,

There seems to be a issue with a shared Line configured on phones - whenever there is a call on the shared line it only rings on phones on one site (New York - 4 phones) and doesnt ring on the phones with the same lines in another site (Jersey City - 6 phones) , The Max number of Calls and Busy Trigger is  Set to same value 2/1 on all the lines,  also this used to work succsessfully in the past.  CUCM Ver 8.6.2.2

did it work before? check if they are on the same partition.
there is no limitation om shares lines. kindly check the below link.
