I'm wondering if anyone has encounter an issue similar to this. Assisting a customer with a call on hold issue, when a caller calls into the corporate phone system from the PSTN, after being placed on hold for 15 minutes or more the calling party catches any users voicemail greeting. As if the calling party was being sent to that users voicemail box, during the same time calling party still gets the music on hold.
Call flow:
Calling Party (PSTN) > GW > MGCP > CUCM > IP Phone
There is a SIP Trunk between the CUCM and Unity Connection, both are versions 10.5
The device pool for the SIP Trunk had a music on hold MRGL. I created a new device pool and left the MRGL selection as <None>

Very Weird Issue.
Can you monitor the call via the RTMT Port Monitor to check details regarding call hitting the voice mail.
Thanks

Indeed it is, I will be doing more monitoring and testing today with the customer, and will be definitely have the customer use the port monitor. I have yet to look at the packet capture.
