If we restore Expressway from a backup on a new Virtual Machine? Will it restore the certificates and Option key,Release key  OR Do we need to regenerate the licenses and certificates?

We are planning to upgrade UCCX from 11.5 to 11.6. Does this need license rehost? Note:- We are not going to change any other parameter this is just inplace upgrade.
