Call Outbound using CRM not automatically through Jabber

Hi Everyone, 

I already upgrade CUCM and CIMP to 12.5(1) SU8 and CCX to 12.5(1) SU3. 
after that, when agent call outbound using CRM not automatically through Jabber. 

there is no change configuration from CUCM side and CRM before and after upgrade. 

i check from RTMT CTI Search Menu showing below :

I already restart service CTI Manager. 

any advice ? Is there an issue compatibility between them ?
