Dear Cisco Community,
I have an issue concerning the configuration of Call Pickup & Group Pickup on my Cisco IP Phones (CP-7841-K9) running in SIP mode. I have Cisco Call Manager Express CLI (v10.5) on a Cisco C2901 router [IOS (C2900-UNIVERSALK9-M), Version 15.4(3)M3]. Everything works fine except for Call Pickup and Group Pickup. Whenever someone tries to pickup someone else's call, all they can hear is like a busy tone (3 beeps) and then nothing. I have attached here the config of our C2901 router.
I have literally tried everything I know of and some suggestions from Cisco forums I googled (including using feature buttons instead of default soft buttons as well as enabling fac standard) but nothing worked. It would be greatly appreciated if someone could point me in the right direction to get this working. Thank you all in advance!
PS: The firmware running on the 7841 phones is: sip78xx.10-3-1-12

Hi Vaijanath,
Retyped those commands you suggested. Rebooted all the phones and still not working unfortunately. Anyone else have other suggestions to this issue?
