hi , i have an issue with my call manager express 4.2.
when i pickup a call by pushing the pickup softkey, some calls have volume to low.
does anyone has tips for that?

you can increase the volume on your phone and then press the SAVE button, this way you will not be using the default 50% volume anymore

hi, the problem is the default volume is already at max and i can't hear anything.
but most of case i can.
