Call PickUp/GpickUP not working in External call

Hi,

Anybody encounter this scenario,

Call GpickUp/PickUp works on internal calls but not on external calls.

Please somebody help me. Thanks

Is it CME or CUCM? If CME, check if transfer-pattern is allowed in
telephony-service.

Also, do you use SIP or SCCP phones for pickup.

We need more details about the setup.

Its on CUCM and i'm using SIP
