Hi guys...
I have Call manager 10.0 and call pickup configured with 3905 phones, call pickup is working as expected for internal calls. but call pickup is not working for external calls, please guide to tshoot this .....

Hi Fernando,
How many phones are in the call pickup are they using the same partitions.
Did you try using the PickUp softkey on the phone, what was the result?
Also check if "Auto Call Pickup Enabled" is enabled in your service parameters

@Zekeria,
Calls Pickups between Phones are working as expected, but pickup for external call not working. when I check the debug ccsip message from gateway I see that CUCM is sending an update message and CUBE is sending that to SIP provider and then provider sending bye message ....!!!

Hi Amol,
Go to "Hunt Pilot" then "Pattern Definition" and then "Call Pickup Group", here choose the appropriate call pickup group.
It will work.
