Hi

I have set call pickup notification alert to come on after 6 seconds - what I notice is the notification stays on screen for a further 20 seconds afte rthe call has been picked up (users still think there is a call waiting so try and pickup - but get the message "no call to pickup")

any idea how to remove the notificaiton once the call has been picked up

devices being used = 7821

?

Thanks

Hi

Is the behaviour consistent with other model types on your network? I seem to remember it clearing from the 79xx models. If it's not consistent, raise it with TAC. It's not something you configure.
