Hi,
I created new user profile with extension 6809 in call manager and enable the call recording in WFO-QM. Now when i did test call then not able to see recording call for 6809 extension. Further more when i check to record monitoring status in Csico WFO GUI i am getting below error. I checked mac-add/device id on device and is it correct.
