Call Recording no call details (Red Box)

                 Hi

We recently patched CUCM from 7.1(3) to 7.1(5). When we switched versions call details for recordings on Red Box no longer appeared. The recordings are there but they show up as anonymous. We are using Cisco's DMS with a SIP trunk rather than SPAN.

Not sure if this is a CTI or SIP issue.

anyone come across anything similar?

Reboot Red Box server fixed the issue, any change to Red Box, recently NTP, needs a reboot.
