I had an interesting issue with a customer that have CCM 5.1 and Unity 5.0.
On Unity the Live record is not enable, but some how a user recorded a conversation on his messaging mailbox. How can this be possible?
I think that maybe the customer was trying to make a conference and by mistake he add the Unity VM to the conference. But in that case the Unity will respond with the "enter your password". "there is another way for that?
We're checking if the persons on the recorded conversation are different of the user that has the conversation on his mailbox, because the other possible situation is: user A is talking to user B, and then try o conference with user C, then user C doesnt respond and the call goes to unity and users A and B continue talking on the message recording.
Any idea would be helpful
