Hi all
I wanted to know if anyone could give me some insight on what I could look at to solve this problem.
I have a VG in our New York office that is reacing out to our subcriber in Texas to make calls instead
of the one that's located in Atlanta.I appreciate any help that would be offered and have a great day.

OK, what you want to look for is the dial-peer configurations, make sure they point to the desired CUCM servers with the proper preference, the lower the preference number the higher the priority. You also need to ensure the Device Pool assigned to the GW in CallManager has a CM Group assigned to it that lists the CUCM server you want to use and that is used by the dial-peers.

What type of GW is it?
If PSTN GW, is it configured as SIP, MGCP, H323?
Can you post relevant config from it?
