I have a situation that call connects to DN with recording profile set change to as conference display on phone screen when call is answered. The line is set up for audio recording with a 3rd party application with BIB on and through SIP trunk with recording server. Has anyone seen this issue and how to turn if off, just show actual caller id of the other end of the call. From CUIC report, it shows the call as Inbound ACD, Conference type instead of just a normal Inbound ACD call type.
