Hi team,
Can someone help me with the below call issue,
At least once a day I have callers that when they ring the line is completely silent. I ask them to call back because I cant hear and when they call back their line is clear. It happens frequently enough just for 1 DN in the network.is that a Phone device issue or Network or CUCM.
At RTMT,i could see (393216) Call Split(used to be 126).Its is used when a call is terminated during a transfer operation because it was split off and terminated

Erin,
This is not sufficient information. Preferably you would need Call Manager detailed trace for the call.
Or if you can replicate you can try to get some debugs from your gateways? What gateways have you got SIP or H323? Whats your CUCM version?
And you have posted in the wrong forum - if you move this to IP telephony section, this will get more response.
