Hi Guys,
My Customer have a solution with CUCM 10.5.2. In the environment randomly any call staty mute for any seconds. I collected in the RTMT the logs about Cisco Callmanager, but, I have difficult to identify in the logs lack of audio.
Questions: this log is most recommend for this? What I need verify to identify that there are not audio?

What kind of calls stay mute.. from/to PSTN or internal calls?
What kind of gateway did you configured? SIP/H.323/MGCP
In case of SIP gateway, you can activate a debug ccsip messages to analyse the sip trace.

Thanks a lot for Your contact.
The problem occurr in any situation internal ou external calls. We working with the SIP gateway. About the debug, unfortunatelly my profile don´t have privilegius to run debug, I depend of another person to enable this.
