I have this scenario and could not figure it out. When a call arrives to receptionist, she answers the call, and when she transfers the call to the intended user/Ext, the call just keep ringing, it does not get forwarded to the user's voicemail.
This is intermittent cross each location.
Voice Mail Profile is assigned voice mail
Forward Busy Internal yes
Forward Busy External yes
Forward No Answer Internal yes
Forward No Answer External yes
Forward Unregistered Internal yes
Forward Unregistered External yes
what else I can check?

Hi Karim,
++ Please check what is configured for 'No Answer Ring Duration (seconds)' in the line configuration on CUCM.
++ Does the issue occur for internal call as well? so , if I call from one IP-Phone to another IP-Phone(which transfers the call), does the issue occur in that scenario as well?

what is the behavior when you call the extension directly, rather then transferring to it from reception? is it the same? does call forward all to voice mail work?
