By default yes,it will cause a failure invoking ss.When MTP is enabled, and no MTP can be allocated, CCM will try to connect the call, but no supplementary services will be allocated (can be modified via Service Parameters)

Does this works internally?
Or only for PSTN calls?
Which type of GW you are using? H323...?
Using MTP?

It doesnt work when PSTN calls in. Internal call is working fine. The GW is running on H.323
It is not using MTP.. I am wonder if the GW is checked for MTP and No MTP available, will that causing the supplementary services feature?
Thanks

Thanks. is all working now..
The problem is due to the MTP that has checked in the GW config which the service is not using MTP for supplementary services.
