Hi,
I have the Pickup group and couple users is member of the group.
User A receiving external call and User B answered the call in his phone (both of them in same pickup group). When user B trying to transfer the call back to user A – getting the engaged tone.
In the same call user B able to call to another user without any issue.
And if any one called user B directly and user B able to transfer the call to user A.
Please help me. Is it a normal behavior? If it’s not a normal behavior what would be issue.

Hi,
Users within pickup group can transfer calls to each other. Its not an expected behavior. What deployment are you using CME or CUCM?

Thanks for the reply. We are using CUCM. Let me know if need to checking anything else.
Call Flow -> PSTN -> Gateway -> SIP Trunk -> SME -> CUCM -> IP Phone
