Call transfer on hang up CUCM 8.5

How can I do a call tranfer on hang up???

I'm searching about this on the CUCM (enterprise parameters, service parameters, etc,,)and I don't see anything about.

Try;

Clusterwide Parameters (Device - Phone)> Onhook Transfer> True
