Hi Gabriel,
On the SIP Trunk, Under "Inbound Calls" > "Significant Digits" , set this value to 4 and reset the SIP trunk.

Hello,
Still not working, i made the config from this documentation:
http://www.cisco.com/c/dam/en/us/solutions/collateral/enterprise/interoperability-portal/966105.pdf
The config end at page 29-30 because the providers he said is not necessary to add on Call Manager, what do you think about this?

have you set up the SIP trunk following the above guide (p-20 to 25)?
please crosscheck whether you have set the significant digits to 4 under Inbound Call settings (p-24)
Through RTMT session trace, you can check these SIP Trunk calls and its flow.
Please collect the CCM traces for a nonworking call and provide the calling, called party numbers.
