Is there any way to low the sound of the waiting call tone? (the "bipbip" that sounds in the remote phone when you put his call on hold). In an installation that we are doing sounds very loud.
What you can try, is increase input-gain on the voice port a little. That should cause users to lower the handset volume, thus reducing the beep volume also.
