I am facing issues with caller display. When any user calls in from one cluster to an user who is setup on another cluster, it doesn't display the caller name on phone screen. Can anyone please let me know what might be the issue.
Thank you

What CUCM version are you running on both clusters? How have you integrated both clusters?

Both the clusters are running with CUCM 7.1.5.
These clusters are not integrated as one is deployed in Asia and another in US.
Are there any configs which needs to put in on Gatekeepers/Gateways ?

So how are calls routed between the clusters? Intercluster trunk? Gatekeepers?

- Confirm that "Display IE Delivery" option in your ICT-Gatekeeper Controlled trunk is checked.
- Are there any caller ID display restrictions in the RP/RL/RG matched for the called number?
- Cross check whether calling names are configured under your DNs.
Also, share your CUCM traces when the call is initiated to see whether Display IE is sent with call setup or not.
