Caller ID Blocking alerting name

Hi,

I'm trying to hide the name and extension on internal calls. I setted up a SIP Profile on Device > Device Settings > SIP Profile.

On that menu I turned ON the option "Caller ID Blocking".

And I choosed the new SIP profile I created on each device (in the Protocol Specific Information section) I want to "hide" the information and it works like a charm, but the customer wants it to say "UNKNOWN" instead of "Private".

Is there any way to change it?

Hi,

you might have to go a different path for this.

1) Make a partition_A

2) Put that in CSS_A

3) Navigate to Call Routing---> Transformation ---> Call_Routing ---> Calling Party Transformation Pattern.

4) if you have 4 digit internal extensions.

make the pattern as XXXX

partition which your created partition_A

Calling Line ID Presentation as Restricted

5) Go to the phone where you wish to see unknown and in the device configuration page against 

Remote Number Call party transformation CSS choose the CSS that you created.

OR 

Apply this on the device pool level
