We interfaced the CM to our Avaya G3R PBX and I can call my Avaya phone from the CM and get the name and number but calling the other way I get the station number only.
The other issue is when I go to the directory and looked at missed calls, aren't we supposed to be able to hit dial and call that outside number? I hit dial and I get a four digit station number at our location.

Hi Abbas,
For the second part of your question; using the "dial softkey" from the Missed Calls Directory;
Add Prefix to a Missed Call
If the calls from a Cisco IP phone fail when the Dial softkey is selected on "missed calls" it is beacuse the calling number does not include the required prefix for outside dialing (usually 9), you can use the solutions mentioned in this section in order to resolve this issue.
From this good tech note;

Hope this helps!

You need a crossover T1 line cable.
