I have a situation where if I use Jabber search to call someone and click on their phone number only their phone number shows up for caller ID on a physical phone. On Jabber it comes through as the persons name as well.
Same issue if I make a call using the Corporate Directory, Jabber shows caller ID Name, the physical phone only shows the phone number.
If I dial 4 digit extension from either Jabber or Physical Phone, caller ID works on all devices.
Is this a setting issue that was over looked?
Also, the phone system should know all calls that are internal and not route them out to bring them back in again right?

What are you using for Jabber directory, UDS, EDI or BDI? Are you LDAP integrated on CUCM?

We are using UDS and we are LDAP integrated on CUCM.
