We have a subset of users that are still on the POTS. My questions is whether or not it is possible to setup the CUCM (version 8.5) to where if the CUCM receives a call from the PSTN PBX it will lookup the number in the LDAP directory (which it is synched with). This way if I receive a call from someone with an old non-VoIP phone it will display their name as it appears in the LDAP directory. It makes sense to me that this would be possible since the CUCM is synched with the LDAP directory.
