Caller-id receiving as 0 in Cisco IP Phones

Dear All,

I am facing an issue with my IPT. I am receiving 0 on my Cisco IP phones if somebody is calling on our Analog DID. We have Cisco Voice gateway registered with our CUCM. We have FXO lines configured on our voice gateway. If am calling someone then proper DID number is getting displayed but receiving 0 if anyone is calling back on that DID number.

I contacted ISP and they fixed the issue from their end and we tested with Analog (by directly connecting the FXO line), caller-id is getting displayed on analog phone but it is not getting displayed on Cisco IP phone. We did shut/no shut after ISP fixed the issue.

Please find below configuration details :-

Dear All,

Issue got resolved after putting command "caller-id mode FSK" under effected voice port.
