Can one manipulate the Caller ID for ingress calls from PSTN, either on the GW or Callmanager? I think you can't but wanted to confirm with the gurus!

You can manipulate the caller id ingress with translation rule.

You can change it on the gateway if it's h323

Or on cucm either

In the gateway setting using transformation mask

Or

Using a translation pattern as well
