Does the CDR tell you what the caller input was? We have a system that we can transfer a call out from by pressing number 2 on the keypad. Does the CDR tell you that clearly or where would I need to go to find that kind of information?
DTMFs are not logged in CDR records, the only possible way in which you could get that info would be parsing the traces for the calls.
